Blackhawks Tickets For Tomorrow Night

I turned on TS1 today to watch my home town hockey team playing HC Davos. I actually turned the game off after the 2nd period because it was such a one sided match. I wasn't surprised. What was more surprising was to be watching my home town team, the Chicago Blackhawks, playing a game in Zürich. Aside from watching the game in Italian, it was quite a treat.

The Blackhawks are in town for the Victoria Cup, a game in which a European Hockey League teams plays a NHL team for a trophy. This year the NHL proposed the Blackhawks as the challenger. Althought the official Victoria Cup game is tomorrow night, tonights match was still worth watching. The game against Davos this evening was a warm up, and I am sure a change for the Hawks to adjust to the local timezone.

So tomorrow a night on the town to see the Hawks, what a strange thing to be doing in Zürich. I can't wait.
